11 am, 12:30 pm, 1:45 pm, 3 pm.
Players who register in advance should be at the Saratoga Hotel when their first game begins. Players who do not register in advance must register at site, at least 15 minutes before their first game.
Limit of two half-point bye available if committed to before 1:30 pm. Official USCF December 2007 Rating List will be used. CCA
Minimum Ratings may also be used at Director's discretion.
Current USCF Membership is required of ALL PLAYERS and may also be purchased with your tournament entry registration. USCF membership dues are not refundable.
Entry fees less $3 service charge refunded to players who notify the Tournament Director that they will withdraw from the tournament NO LATER THAN 9 PM DECEMBER 30th.
$5 service charge for each player refund requested by phone on the day of the tournament-- AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE GAME BEGINS. ** NO REFUNDS ALLOWED AFTER 15 MINUTES BEFORE GAME BEGINS. NO REFUNDS TO PLAYERS WHO FORFEIT WITHOUT PROPER ADVANCE NOTICE (NO-SHOWS)! **
